Award and Benefits

The scholarship provides financial assistance in two forms. Hostellers from Class 3 to Class 10 receive ₹ 500 per month for a duration of 10 months, totaling ₹ 5,000 per year. Day scholars from Class 1 to Class 10 receive ₹ 100 per month for the same duration, amounting to ₹ 1,000 per year. Additionally, every student, regardless of their status as a hosteller or day scholar, receives an annual ad-hoc grant of ₹ 500.

The scholarship is awarded on a merit basis and requires renewal each year. The disbursement of funds is made through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to the student’s Aadhaar-linked bank account. As per official notification, the scholarship duration is valid until the end of Class 10.
