Award and Benefits

Students are entitled to receive a stipend based on their course of study. The amounts are as follows:

  • Hostellers:
    • Bachelor, Master Degree, MPhil/PhD: ₹1200/month, ₹12000/year
    • Non-professional courses: ₹820/month, ₹8200/year
    • Vocational stream, ITI, diploma courses: ₹570/month, ₹5700/year
    • Post-matriculation level non-degree courses: ₹380/month, ₹3800/year
  • Day Scholars:
    • Bachelor, Master Degree, MPhil/PhD: ₹500/month, ₹5500/year
    • Non-professional courses: ₹530/month, ₹5300/year
    • Vocational stream, ITI, diploma courses: ₹300/month, ₹3000/year
    • Post-matriculation level non-degree courses: ₹230/month, ₹2300/year

Additionally, an extra stipend is provided for Divyangjan students.
